	A Call è attribuito lo sviluppo, insieme a [[Saul Newman]] e [[Todd May]], del [[post-anarchismo]], che ha radici nel ~~post-modernismo~~ francese e nel pensiero anarchico classico. Call ha tentato di sviluppare la teoria [[post-anarchica]] attraverso il lavoro di [[Friedrich Nietzsche]], respingendo il concetto cartesiano del "soggetto". Su queste basi si rende possibile, secondo Call, una forma radicale di [[anarchismo]], l'«anarchismo del divenire». Questo [[anarchismo]] non ha un obiettivo finale, né sfocia in "essere", non è uno stato finale di sviluppo, né una forma statica della società, ma diventa permanente, come mezzo senza fine. Call critica le nozioni liberali di linguaggio, coscienza e razionalità da una prospettiva anarchica, sostenendo che sono connesse al potere economico e politico all'interno dell'organizzazione statale capitalista.
